The last thing we do

No visit ends until the sill is clean.

A window sill shows what a hurried clean leaves behind: dust, dead flies, the ring under a plant pot. So before leaving, the team lead runs a white cloth along one sill, takes a photo of the cloth and texts it to you.

Choose your home size and type of clean in the estimator. The price it shows is what you pay, unless the house turns out much larger than the form says. Then we call you before charging more.

Book online or send a text. Within one business hour we reply with two or three open days. First visits are usually four to six business days away.

03

Two cleaners show up

Morning visits arrive between 8 and 10 am, afternoon ones between noon and 2 pm. The team texts you as they leave the home before yours.

The sill check

On the way out, the team lead wipes a sill with a white cloth, takes a photo and texts it to you with the checklist and any notes.

05

Pay once it’s done

We charge your card after the team leaves. Tips are optional and go to the two people who cleaned. Something missed? Text us a photo within 48 hours.

Who cleans your home

Every cleaner is our employee.

No contractors, and no app sending whoever happens to be free that day. Our cleaners start at $24.50 an hour plus tips, earn paid time off from their first month and train for two weeks beside a team lead before cleaning on their own. Most stay for years, which is why your team knows your home.

What clients tell us, four-star reviews too

Hodan and Lucia have cleaned our house every other Thursday for three years. They know our dog hates the vacuum, so they do the upstairs first and he hides down in the den. You just don’t get that kind of care from an app.

Really good deep clean, and the shower glass looks brand new. One star off because they showed up 40 minutes late. Molly called ahead to warn me, which I appreciated, but it ate into my afternoon.

Got my whole deposit back on a 1 bed in a building known for keeping them. Diego sent photos of the oven and the window tracks before he left, and I sent them on to the property manager that same day.

Three floors, two kids, a roof deck. Nora’s team is done by 1 pm every Tuesday and the black faucets don’t show a single water spot. We tried two other companies first, and both sent new people every week.

FAQ

Questions we hear every week

Can’t find yours? Text (612) 555-0193. Molly usually replies within the hour on weekdays.

How far out are you booked?

A first visit is usually four to six business days out. Mondays and Thursdays are easiest to get. Saturdays have a waitlist and go to recurring clients only.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. About two thirds of our clients are at work. Leave a key in a lockbox, share a garage code, or set up a smart-lock code you delete afterward. Keys we hold carry a number tag, never your address.

Will I get the same cleaners every time?

On a recurring plan, yes: the same two people at every visit. If one is out sick or on vacation, we text you the day before with the name of whoever is covering.

Why does the first visit have to be a deep clean?

Because a two-hour standard clean can’t make up for months of dusty baseboards, grout and blinds. Without the deep clean, the first few standard visits would look half done and you would still be paying for them. After that first deep clean, recurring visits drop to the standard price less your discount.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes: HEPA vacuums, color-coded microfiber (bathroom cloths never go near a kitchen) and fragrance-free products. Want us to use your own vacuum or a product you like? Leave it out with a note.

Are your cleaners employees?

Yes. All 29 people at Sundell are W-2 employees with paid time off and workers’ comp. None of them is a contractor, and no one finds your job on an app.
