Weekly and every-two-weeks house cleaning

Same team, same weekday, same arrival window. After the first deep clean, each visit is a standard clean at a discount: 20% off weekly, 15% off every two weeks, 10% off every four weeks. Skip a visit with 48 hours’ notice and pay nothing. Most of our clients are on every two weeks. Weekly makes sense with kids under five or more than one shedding dog.

Same weekday and arrival window every time

Best for

Homes that want the same two cleaners at every visit

What’s included

  • The same two cleaners each visit, and a text the day before if one of them is out
  • A standard clean each visit, with one deep-clean task rotated in (baseboards one time, blinds the next)
  • A running notes file: which rooms to skip and which cat hides under which bed
  • Holiday weeks shifted a day earlier or later, never quietly skipped

Not included

Add-ons like the inside of the fridge or oven are billed when you ask for them. Recurring pricing covers standard cleans only.

Something on the checklist missed? Text us a photo within 48 hours and the same team comes back free.

Why our teams stay together

A team that has cleaned your home ten times knows where the dog bowl goes, which shower door sticks and that the guest room only needs dusting. A new pair every week starts from scratch. We schedule around our teams, not the other way around, which is why we sometimes turn down a day that would split one up.

Prices per visit

  • 3 bed, 2 bath weekly: $167
  • 3 bed, 2 bath every two weeks: $178
  • 3 bed, 2 bath every four weeks: $188
  • 2 bed every two weeks: $144
  • 4 bed every two weeks: $220

Pausing and stopping

Pause for up to eight weeks and keep your slot. Stop anytime with 48 hours’ notice. There is no contract and no fee for leaving.
