Post-construction and renovation cleaning

Drywall dust lands on every flat surface, works into the return vents and settles inside new cabinets. We HEPA-vacuum first, then wipe, then come back the next day to vacuum again if dust is still settling. Book us after your contractor’s final punch list, not before. If trades are still working, we clean the same dust twice and you pay for it twice.

How we quote

We walk the space with you or your contractor, usually for about 20 minutes. The quote is a fixed price, not an hourly estimate. Most kitchen remodels land between $380 and $620; a full basement finish between $450 and $900.

About your furnace filter

Ask your contractor to swap the furnace filter once the sanding is done. Otherwise the furnace keeps blowing fine dust back into the rooms we just cleaned.
