Listing photos catch every streak on a shower door and every water spot on a faucet. This is a deep clean plus interior windows, glass and fixtures brought up to photo standard, booked a day or two before your photographer. Agents send us the shoot time and we plan backward from it.

Not included
Staging, decluttering and hauling, outside windows, and touch-ups while painters or other trades are still working in the house.

Timing it with your photographer
Book us for the day before the shoot, or that morning if the stager runs late. If the house is still being painted or repaired, wait: fresh dust after a clean shows up in photos too.

The same as our move-out prices. Occupied homes take longer than empty ones, so we may quote one size up for a house that is still fully lived in.
