House cleaning in Audubon Park

Audubon Park, up in Northeast, is 1920s to 1950s houses, many opened up with big kitchens, finished basements and a lot of families. They are simple to clean. The volume is the challenge: long stretches of floor, two or three bathrooms and a playroom.

Housing

Homes from 1920 to 1955, many with finished basements

What we find in these homes

Opened-up floor plans mean one long stretch of hard floor from the front door to the back. We vacuum before mopping and mop in sections so the kids can cross the room while we work. Quartz counters get a neutral cleaner and a dry buff; bleach and vinegar stay away from them.

Parking and access

Alley garages on almost every block. If you work from home, we will clean around your office and keep the vacuum away from it during calls.

Questions from neighbors

Can you clean while I work from home?

Yes. Tell us which room is your office and when your calls are, and we will clean it while you are at lunch, or skip it.

Do you pick up toys?

Toys go in bins or baskets you show us. We don’t sort tiny bricks.
