Join a team of two cleaning the same set of homes each week. 7:45 am to about 3:30 pm, paid drive time between homes, two weeks of paid training with a team lead before you clean on your own. English, Spanish or Somali is fine; most teams speak two.
House cleaner, part time
Part time, 3 days a week
$24.50/hour + tips
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, same hours as full time. Works well for parents with a 3:45 school pickup. Paid time off starts building in your first month.
Team lead
Full time
$28/hour + tips
For cleaners with two or more years of home cleaning experience. You run the visit: the checklist, the client notes, the sill photo and training new teammates. You drive a company van; we cover gas and insurance.
