The agreement between you and Tinsdale Health, Inc. when you book a panel, take out a membership or join a retreat.

1. The agreement

By creating an account, booking a panel or attending an event, you accept these terms. If you use Tinsdale on someone else’s behalf, you confirm you are allowed to do so.

You must be 18 or older to hold an account.

2. What Tinsdale is not

Tinsdale provides lab testing and physician-reviewed reports. It is not an emergency service, it does not replace your primary care physician, and a report is not a diagnosis.

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not wait for a result.

3. Your account

Keep your login details private and let us know right away if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Please give us accurate information. Results read against the wrong age, sex or medication list can mislead.

4. Bookings and cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel a slot at no charge up to 12 hours before the appointment. Two no-shows in a row carry a $20 fee.

Retreat places are fully refundable up to 30 days before the start date, and 50% refundable up to 14 days. You may move a place to another retreat once.

5. Payment and memberships

Panel prices cover the draw, the laboratory work, the physician review and the plan. Memberships are billed monthly in advance and can be canceled at any time, taking effect from the next cycle.

Your membership rate is locked for twelve months from sign-up, and we give a full billing cycle of notice before any change.

6. Results and clinical judgment

A licensed physician reviews every panel. Reports describe what your markers show and what we suggest next; they don’t replace care from a clinician who knows your history.

When a result needs an in-person assessment we say so, and name the type of specialist to see.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t resell our reports, scrape the service, try to reach another member’s data, or use Tinsdale to make decisions about another person’s job or insurance.

We may suspend any account that puts other members, our staff or our partner labs at risk.

8. Liability

We are responsible for running the service with reasonable skill and care. As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Ending the agreement

You may close your account whenever you like. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or at once for a serious breach, and will refund any unused prepaid period.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the courts of Suffolk County have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
