Questions about billing
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Yes. Panels and memberships both qualify, and we send an itemized receipt with the codes your plan administrator needs.
Do you bill my insurance?
No. We price everything up front, so there’s no claim, no coinsurance and no surprise bill months later.
What if I cancel mid-year?
You keep any panel you’ve already used, and billing stops from the next cycle. We never claw anything back.
Are there fees on top of the price?
No. The draw, lab work, report and plan are all included; the only extra is a $20 fee if you miss a booked slot twice.
Can two people share a plan?
Care+ covers two people, each with their own results, and one shared advisor. Memberships are per person.
Do prices change at renewal?
We lock your rate for twelve months from sign-up. If prices change, you hear from us a full cycle ahead.
