What happens when you get there

Bring a photo ID. For most panels, that really is the whole prep list.

You check in

Give your name at the front desk; the site already has your booking and knows which panel to run.

One draw

A phlebotomist takes one sample that covers every marker on your panel, in two or three minutes.

You leave

No forms and nothing to pay at the desk. Lab work starts that same day and results follow within 48 hours.

Can’t get to a site?

A mobile phlebotomist can visit your home or office anywhere inside I-495 for a $40 visit fee, and the panel price stays the same. It’s the same draw, the same lab and the same turnaround.

Wheelchair access at every site

How is Tinsdale different from my yearly physical?

A routine physical looks at about 20 markers. Tinsdale runs 150+ biomarkers, and a licensed physician goes through every result with you and turns it into a clear, personal plan.

Do I need to fast before my blood test?

For most panels, yes: nothing but water for 8–10 hours first. Water actually makes the draw easier. Your exact prep notes arrive with your booking.

How soon will I get my results?

Most results are back within 48 hours of your sample reaching the lab, and we notify you as soon as your physician-signed report is ready.

Can I collect my sample at home?

Yes. Book a home visit anywhere inside I-495 and a certified phlebotomist comes to you, or walk in at one of our three labs.

Is my health data private and secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted, kept on HIPAA-compliant systems and never sold, and you choose who gets to see your results.

Does insurance cover Tinsdale?

Tinsdale is direct-pay with prices posted up front. Many members pay with HSA or FSA funds, and we send an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
