How it works

Ten minutes at the lab,
a year of clarity.

From choosing a panel to reading your plan, it all takes about a week and one short visit. Here is what happens at each step, and what we need from you.

01

Choose the panel that fits your question

Six panels, each made for a different question: a yearly baseline, a hormone picture, heart risk, thyroid, nutrients or sleep. If you’re unsure, our care team will tell you which one fits and which one can wait.

Book a lab close to you

Choose one of our three labs or 120+ partner draw sites. Most have same-day or next-morning slots, booking takes a minute, and prep notes for your panel follow.

03

Ten minutes for the draw

Bring a photo ID and nothing else. A phlebotomist takes one sample for the whole panel, and you’re rarely inside longer than a coffee run. You fast only if the panel needs it.

04

The lab runs it

Your sample goes to a CLIA-certified lab and is usually run within 24 hours. We keep the same assays between visits, which is what makes your trend line worth reading.

05

A physician reads it and writes your plan

A physician checks every panel against optimal ranges rather than the lab’s wide reference bands, then writes back in plain English: what’s fine, what to watch, what to change and when to retest.

What shows up in your inbox

Not a PDF of reference ranges. Four parts, each written to make sense the first time.

The short version

Three lines up top: what looks good, what’s borderline, and what needs attention.

Every marker in context

Your number, the optimal range and where you were last time — not a simple pass or fail.

What to change

Specific steps with dates attached: food, training, sleep or supplements, with doses where needed.

When to look again

A retest date for the markers that matter, and nothing booked for the ones that don’t.

Preparing takes almost no effort

The night before

If your panel covers lipids or fasting insulin, stop eating ten hours before. Drink plenty of water, and skip alcohol for 24 hours.

The morning of

Save your coffee for after the draw, stop biotin for 48 hours beforehand, and skip a hard workout that morning.

Right after

Have something to eat, get on with your day and watch for our email. We need nothing else from you until results arrive.

That’s all there is to it.

Choose a panel and book a slot near you, or ask our care team which test is worth your time first.
