What we collect
The account details you give us (name, email, date of birth), the results of any panel you take with us, and anything you share in check-ins or messages to our care team.
Technical data your browser sends, such as device type, rough location and the pages you opened. We use it to keep the site running, never to build an advertising profile.
How we use it
To run your tests, have a physician read your results, write your plan and answer you when you get in touch. That is the full list of primary uses.
De-identified, aggregated results help us refine our optimal ranges. You can switch that off in settings and lose no features.
Who can see it
You and the physician reviewing your panel. Partner labs see only what they need to run the sample. No one else at Tinsdale sees identifiable results unless you clearly ask us to.
We don’t sell data, and we don’t share it with insurers, employers or advertisers, in any circumstances or at any price.
Your rights
You can export everything we hold about you in one archive, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your account entirely. Deletion removes identifiable records within 30 days, except where Massachusetts law requires us to keep a clinical record.

HIPAA notice
Tinsdale Health operates CLIA-certified laboratories and works with licensed physicians. Where we act as a covered entity or business associate, your protected health information is handled under HIPAA and our business associate agreements.
You have the right to a copy of your record, to ask for corrections and to an accounting of disclosures.
Changes to this policy
If anything important changes, we email every member at least one billing cycle ahead and note it in this page’s history. Small clarifications are dated at the top.
