AI Wellness

Your results, made into
a plan you’ll keep.

Our software reads your panel, goals and history, and drafts a month of specific steps. A physician reviews and signs it before you ever see it.

Signed by a physician

Updates every month

From $45/month

How the plan gets written

Four steps, with a person checking the end of each one.

01

Your panel arrives

Every biomarker from your latest draw, plus anything you’ve tested with us in the past.

02

The model drafts

It weighs your markers against your goals, training, sleep and what has changed since last time.

03

A physician signs

A doctor edits or removes anything that doesn’t suit you. Nothing goes out automatically.

04

It updates monthly

Fresh check-ins and new results reshape the plan, so it follows where you really are.

What a month really looks like

No vague tips about eating better. Each line is a number you can hit, tied to a marker we measured and a date we’ll check it again.

Targets you can measure, not adjectives

Everything tied back to a biomarker

Booked automatically

Six things it keeps track of

Nutrition targets

Protein, fiber and the two or three nutrients your panel says you’re low on.

Movement

Weekly training load built around your recovery, not a one-size program.

Sleep & recovery

A sleep window and wind-down shaped by your cortisol curve.

Supplements

Only when a marker calls for one, with a dose, a form and an end date.

Retest schedule

Which markers to recheck and when, and what result would change the plan.

Monthly check-in

Five quick questions a month. Your answers shape the next plan.

A doctor going over a plan with a patient

Reviewed, not generated

The software drafts. A physician decides. That order never changes, and it’s why we’re comfortable putting a plan in front of you at all.

A doctor signs every plan

Nothing reaches you automatically; a physician edits or rejects every draft first.

It says when it does not know

When the evidence is thin, the plan says so rather than making up a target.

Your data stays yours

We never sell or share it. Export or delete all of it from your account in one click.

Bring a panel, leave with a plan

The plan comes with membership from $45 a month and works from any Tinsdale panel, including one you have already taken.

Still have questions?

Our Boston care team answers messages within a few hours.

How is Tinsdale different from my yearly physical?

A routine physical looks at about 20 markers. Tinsdale runs 150+ biomarkers, and a licensed physician goes through every result with you and turns it into a clear, personal plan.

Do I need to fast before my blood test?

For most panels, yes: nothing but water for 8–10 hours first. Water actually makes the draw easier. Your exact prep notes arrive with your booking.

How soon will I get my results?

Most results are back within 48 hours of your sample reaching the lab, and we notify you as soon as your physician-signed report is ready.

Can I collect my sample at home?

Yes. Book a home visit anywhere inside I-495 and a certified phlebotomist comes to you, or walk in at one of our three labs.

Is my health data private and secure?

Yes. Your data is encrypted, kept on HIPAA-compliant systems and never sold, and you choose who gets to see your results.

Does insurance cover Tinsdale?

Tinsdale is direct-pay with prices posted up front. Many members pay with HSA or FSA funds, and we send an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
