We promise a draw site near you and results in 48 hours. That promise stands or falls on operations, and this role owns it.
Day to day
You’ll watch the numbers that matter — turnaround, redraw rate, slot availability across Back Bay, Kendall and Coolidge Corner — and step in before members notice. When something does go wrong, you fix it the same day.
It’s a hands-on job with real say over how the labs and network run.
What you would do
Manage relationships with partner labs and draw sites
Track turnaround and quality metrics weekly
Onboard new sites and run their training
Own the escalation path when a sample goes wrong
What we are looking for
Experience in clinical lab or healthcare operations
Comfortable with CLIA requirements and audits
Calm under pressure and good on the phone
Happy to travel around New England
