Our dashboard is where a year of testing turns into something you can act on. It has to be fast, calm and easy to read on a phone on the Red Line, because that is where people open it.
What you would own
Everything members see: results, trends, plans and reminders. You’ll work next to a designer and two clinicians, and you’ll make the final call on how it gets built.
We ship several times a day, keep meetings rare, and write things down.
What you would do
Build and ship features across the dashboard
Work directly with clinicians on how results are displayed
Keep the result pipeline fast and observable
Review code and mentor two mid-level engineers
What we are looking for
Five or more years building production web applications
Strong TypeScript and React
Comfortable owning a system rather than a ticket queue
Care about accessibility and performance
