Clinical Reviewer (Physician)
Read panels, write the plans members actually follow, and set the bar for how we explain results.
Remote, US
Full or part-time
$230k – $270k
Every Tinsdale panel is read by a physician before a member sees it. You would be one of the people doing that reading and, just as important, one of the people deciding how it is explained.
What the work looks like
About two-thirds of your week is reviewing and writing, in blocks you set yourself. The rest goes into the templates, ranges and wording behind thousands of reports, where one good edit improves every report after it.
This role suits a clinician who is tired of fifteen-minute appointments and wants real time to explain things properly.
What you would do
Review 15–25 panels a day against optimal ranges
Write plain-English reports and plans
Flag results that belong with a specialist
Shape our reference ranges and report templates
Take part in one retreat weekend a year
What we are looking for
Board certified in internal medicine, endocrinology or a related field
Active MA license and clean record
Comfortable writing for a non-clinical reader
Three or more years of direct patient care
$230k – $270k
