All six panels,
compared.

One lab standard, one physician review, six different questions. See what each panel measures, what it costs and how long it takes before you book.

What goes into a panel

Each marker we run belongs to one of six body systems. Panels are built from these and never padded to look bigger.

Heart & lipids

ApoB, Lp(a), LDL, HDL, triglycerides and the ratios that say more than any one number.

Metabolic

HbA1c, fasting insulin and glucose, the markers that creep up years before a diagnosis.

Hormones

Thyroid, cortisol and sex hormones, read side by side instead of one at a time.

Vitamins & minerals

Vitamin D, B12, folate, ferritin, magnesium and zinc, read against optimal ranges.

Inflammation

hs-CRP and homocysteine, the low background signal behind many symptoms.

Sleep & stress

Morning and evening cortisol, melatonin and the nutrients behind good recovery.

What a test day really looks like

01

Book in a minute

Choose a panel and a draw site close by. Most slots are same-day or next morning.

02

Ten minutes at the lab

One draw and no waiting-room line. Bring only your ID, and fast only if the panel needs it.

03

The lab runs it

Samples are run at CLIA-certified labs, usually within 24 hours of the draw.

04

A doctor reads it

You get a written read against optimal ranges, with next steps and a date to retest.

Before you book

What our care team hears most often. For anything else, just ask; we reply within a few hours.

Do I need to fast?

Only for panels with lipids or fasting insulin — the Full Body Panel and Heart & Metabolic. Ten hours of nothing but water is enough, and we spell it out when you book.

How quickly do results come back?

Most panels are read and sent back within 48 hours of the draw. An email arrives as soon as the physician’s note is ready.

Can I use my own lab?

If you have recent results already, send them in and we’ll read them instead of repeating them. New draws go through our own labs so the assays stay consistent.

Is this a replacement for my doctor?

No. We test, read and explain, and we tell you when something belongs with your primary care doctor or a specialist, and why.

What if my results are normal?

Then we say so plainly and give you a date to check again. We never invent findings to keep a subscription going.

Still weighing two panels?

Tell our care team what you want to learn and they’ll say which panel answers it, or that you don’t need either one yet.
