The home needs to be empty. We clean inside every cabinet, drawer and closet, the oven and fridge inside and out, baseboards and doors, light fixtures we can reach from a step stool, and the window tracks landlords check first. If your property manager gave you a move-out checklist, text it to us and we will work from that one.

The deposit part
Landlords check the same places every time: the oven, the fridge gasket, the bathroom fan cover, the window tracks and the tops of the baseboards. We photograph each one when we finish and send you the set. If your walk-through is within seven days of our clean and the landlord flags something on our checklist, forward their note and we come back free.

Many high-rises downtown and in the North Loop want movers and cleaners booked on the freight elevator. Reserve a two-hour window for us when you book one for your movers, and tell us the building’s rules when you book.
