What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, the address of the home we clean, how we get in, notes about the home and your pets, and your payment card through our payment processor. If you apply for a job, we keep what you enter in the application form.

How we use it

To schedule and do your cleans, text you about visits, charge for finished work and answer your questions. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Who sees it

Your team and our office staff see what they need to do the job. Our scheduling software, text-message service and payment processor store data on our behalf. The payment processor holds card numbers; we never see or store them in full.

Photos

Sill-check photos and move-out room photos go to you and are kept for 90 days in case of a re-clean or a landlord dispute, then deleted.

This site uses simple, cookie-free analytics to count visits. Forms send your answers to our office inbox.

Your choices

Write to hello@sundellcleaning.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within 30 days. Text STOP to end booking texts at any time.
