Background
Dr. Celia Brandt founded Aldessa and serves as its clinical director. She built the practice on one belief: that complex restorative dentistry — implants, full-arch rebuilds, and advanced prosthetic work — is best done by a small team of specialists who work side by side in one building.
She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the UCLA School of Dentistry, then completed advanced surgical training in implant dentistry and prosthetic rehabilitation. In more than twenty years of practice, she has placed thousands of implants herself and guided full-mouth treatment ranging from single missing teeth to complete smile rebuilds.
At Aldessa, she takes the most demanding cases from the first diagnosis to the final restoration, coordinating the specialist team while staying hands-on at every surgical and prosthetic step.
