Benefits
Restore your smile—one tooth or a full arch
Missing teeth change much more than how you look—they can shift your bite, age your profile, and narrow the foods you can enjoy. Our custom-made prosthetics bring back both function and confidence, whether you need a single crown, a multi-tooth bridge, or a full-arch restoration. Every piece is designed digitally and milled with great accuracy, so it feels like part of you from the first day and blends in naturally with the rest of your teeth.
What sets modern prosthetics apart
- Options for every situation—single crowns, implant bridges, partial dentures, or full dentures.
- CAD/CAM-milled zirconia or layered porcelain give natural translucency, strength, and stain resistance.
- Supports your face and prevents the “hollow” look that can follow tooth loss and bone shrinkage.
- Screw-retained options without adhesive mean no messy pastes and very secure stability.
- Same-day teeth let some patients go home with fixed teeth on the day their implants are placed.
- Biocompatible, metal-free ceramics suit patients with metal allergies or with high aesthetic goals.
- A long working life—with good hygiene and regular checks, modern prosthetics can last 10–20 years or more.
- Simple upkeep thanks to glazed, plaque-resistant surfaces and exact margins that protect the teeth or implants below.
Whether we’re restoring one cracked molar or giving you a full arch of secure, natural-looking teeth, our prosthetics team will build a solution that lets you eat, talk, and smile with full confidence again.
Ideal Candidate
Could a dental prosthetic help you?
Prosthetics are a strong choice if you have lost teeth to decay, injury, or wear over the years and want a dependable, natural-looking replacement—without implant surgery. The right prosthesis can restore easy chewing, clear speech, and a confident smile in a fraction of the time (and at a fraction of the cost) that implants need.
You could be a good candidate if you:
- Are missing one or more teeth and notice drifting, tilting, or changes in your bite.
- Want a non-surgical or quicker option—crowns and bridges are often finished in just 1-3 visits, and complete dentures in about two weeks.
- Have enough tooth or bone support for crowns/bridges or are happy with a removable partial or full denture.
- Keep up good oral hygiene and come in for regular check-ups—healthy gums help your new prosthesis fit well and last longer.
- Want a lower-cost alternative to implants while still improving your looks, speech, and chewing.
- Need to restore facial fullness—a well-made denture or bridge can support sunken cheeks and lips for a fresher profile.
- Have health reasons that rule out surgery (for example certain medications, medical conditions, or smoking) but still want to replace missing teeth.
Process Overview
What happens, step by step
- Full consultation & 3D scan
We start with a complete oral exam, digital photos, and a 3D intraoral scan (or a CBCT scan if implants are involved). This captures your bite, jaw position, and aesthetic goals, giving our lab precise data down to 20 µm accuracy. - Tooth preparation & precise impressionsFor crowns/bridges: the supporting teeth are carefully shaped to make room for the ceramic, and the margins are refined under strong magnification. For full or partial dentures: we record a functional bite and take border-molded impressions of your muscle movement for a very stable fit.
- Digital design & lab work (7–14 days)
Your scan goes into CAD/CAM software where the prosthesis is designed, milled from high-strength zirconia or layered porcelain, then hand-stained and glazed for natural translucency. For dentures, the teeth are first set in wax so you can preview the look partway through. - Try-in, fit check & shade check
You try the crown, bridge, or denture in your mouth. We check your bite, speech, lip support, and the exact shade in both daylight and treatment-room light. Small changes are made chairside or sent back to the lab for final tuning. - Final fitting & aftercare fixed restorations are cemented or screw-retained with torque-controlled drivers, and X-rays confirm a precise fit.
- Removable prostheses are fitted with careful pressure-point checks to remove any sore spots.
You go home with a care kit, cleaning instructions, and a check-up schedule—so your new smile stays comfortable and works well for years to come.
