Pricing & Estimates

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Every estimate is free with no obligation. We'll look at your driveway, walk you through the options, and give you a clear, upfront price.

How much does driveway sealcoating cost?

Price depends on your driveway's size, condition, and access. Most two-car driveways run $350 to $600 to seal, and we give you an exact written number after a quick look.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. If we find something on the job that changes the scope, we'll talk it through with you before doing any extra work.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We can talk about splitting payments on larger installation projects. Just ask during your estimate and we'll walk you through what's available.

Scheduling & Process

How long does a typical project take?

Sealcoating and crack repair are usually done in a single day. New driveways typically take 2-4 days, and paver projects vary with size and design.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?

We watch the forecast closely and reschedule if rain or cold won't allow a proper cure. We'll always let you know about any change ahead of time.

Do I need to be home during the work?

Not necessarily. As long as we can get to the driveway and the cars are out, most homeowners don't need to be home for the job.

How far in advance should I book?

Our season runs April through November. Book a few weeks ahead for May to August; we start taking spring bookings in February each year.

Sealcoating & Maintenance

How long does sealcoating take to cure?

It's usually dry to the touch within a few hours, but please keep vehicles off the driveway for at least 24-48 hours so it can fully cure.

How often should I reseal my driveway?

Most driveways do best with a fresh seal every 2-3 years. Full sun, heavy use, and our Illinois winters can shorten that, so we're happy to give you an honest call.

Will sealcoating hide small cracks?

Sealer fills hairline cracks and evens out the finish, but wider cracks need hot-pour filling first so water doesn't get trapped underneath.

What's the best time of year to seal a driveway?

Our season runs April through November in Illinois; sealer cures best on warm, dry days from May to October.

Guarantee & Support

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. We stand behind every driveway we seal, pave, and repair. If something isn't right, we'll come back and make it right.

What if I'm not satisfied with the results?

Give us a call and we'll come take a look. Making sure you're happy with the finished job is part of how we do business.

Who do I contact after the job is done?

You can always reach us directly by phone, text, or email, the same way you booked your original estimate.
