Appointments can be requested through the website, by phone or by email. A request made online is not a confirmed booking until our front desk team has contacted you and confirmed the date, time and clinician with you.
Patients are responsible for giving accurate and complete health and contact information when booking or receiving treatment. Incomplete or incorrect details may affect our clinicians’ ability to provide safe and appropriate care.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice where possible so we can offer the time to another patient. Late cancellations and missed appointments may attract a fee.
Treatment plans, session frequency and outcomes vary from person to person. Results are not guaranteed, and patients should follow the advice and home program given by their registered physiotherapist or chiropractor.
Fees, plans and payment details shown on this website may change. Current fees are confirmed with you before treatment begins, and health fund rebates may apply depending on your fund and level of cover.
