The contact form sends me your name, email address, what you’re interested in and your message. I use these only to reply and, if you train with me, to plan and book your sessions. I don’t sell them or pass them on for marketing.

WhatsApp messages stay in WhatsApp. Form messages are kept for twelve months and then deleted, unless you become a client.
