About the pricing
How do you work out which plan I need?
On the call, based on how many transactions you have, whether you are VAT registered and how many people you pay. It takes ten minutes, and you get the figure in writing afterwards.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
We raise it at the review call and agree a new fee from the next month. We never backdate a change or slip it quietly onto an invoice.
Is there a contract?
Rolling monthly with thirty days' notice. No exit fee, and your records go with you.
Do you charge for phone calls?
No. Calls and emails are part of the fee, which is the whole point of pricing this way.
What if my books are behind?
Catch-up work is quoted once as a separate job, from £240 per overdue quarter, so it never sits on your monthly fee.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, and it saves eight per cent. Most clients start monthly and switch at their first review.
