We handle the whole month, not just the filing
A lot of bookkeeping stops at data entry and hands you a pile of figures in March. Ours does not. Your bank feeds run every day, receipts are chased during the month rather than after it, and anything odd gets queried while you still remember what it was.
By the fifth working day you get one page showing what came in, what went out and how much to put aside for tax. If a figure looks odd, ring your bookkeeper. They will already know why.

Do I have to move to Xero?
The licence is included and it speeds up our side, but we are happy to stay in QuickBooks or FreeAgent if you already use one.
What if I go over 300 transactions?
We raise it at the quarterly review and agree a new fee from the next month. Nothing is backdated or added quietly.
Can I add VAT or payroll later?
Yes. Each is priced on its own and can start at any month end. Most clients add VAT when they register.
What happens if I fall behind on receipts?
We chase weekly and code what we can without them. Anything still missing is listed on your report, so it never becomes a year end rush.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a fortnight. We write to your current accountant for the records, set up the feeds, and your first tidy month follows.
