Our services

Haverell Accountants provides accounting, bookkeeping and related business support. The scope, fees and responsibilities are set out in an engagement letter before work begins.

Client responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate, complete and timely information and records. Late or incorrect information may affect our ability to deliver the service or meet HMRC deadlines.

Fees & payment

Our fees are agreed before work begins and are subject to VAT. Invoices are due within the stated period, and we may pause work while payments are outstanding.

Confidentiality

We treat everything clients tell us as confidential and take reasonable steps to protect it. We share information only where needed to provide our services or meet legal duties.

Website & intellectual property

Website content, branding, text and graphics belong to Haverell Accountants or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Liability & governing law

We take reasonable care in our work but cannot accept responsibility for problems caused by inaccurate information or events outside our control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
