Acceptance of Terms
By booking a Tsukishio private chef experience, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Payments
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due on or before the day of your event unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your event may incur a cancellation fee. We’re always happy to help move your date where we can.
Guest Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for providing a safe, accessible space for the chef to prepare and serve the meal, including basic kitchen access.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements in advance. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen.
Liability
As far as the Australian Consumer Law allows, we are not liable for damages beyond the cost of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
