Joining takes a few minutes online or by phone. We schedule your spring cooling tune-up and fall heating check at times that suit you, send reminders ahead of each visit and keep your plan details on file, so you never have to remember.
Two Visits Every Year
Each plan includes two full visits a year. Our technicians check cooling performance, refrigerant charge, filters, wiring and the overall condition of your system, and note anything that will need attention soon.
Clear, Simple Pricing
Plans start at $189 a year for one system, with a discount for each additional unit. There are no hidden extras: members get 15% off any repair, no overtime charges and a written quote before work starts, so you always know the cost.
Cleaning & Care Included
Every visit includes rinsing the condenser coil, clearing the condensate drain and checking the blower. Regular cleaning keeps the air in your home cleaner, helps the AC run smoothly and prevents future trouble.
Priority Service & Discounts
When something does go wrong, members go to the front of the line, even during July heat waves. Repairs are quoted upfront with your member discount applied, and we test the system fully afterwards.
Final Walkthrough & Peace of Mind
At the end of each visit, we walk you through what we checked and share simple tips to keep your system in good shape. Your report is saved to your account, so every technician who visits knows your system’s history.
