Planning the Right Layout
Our technicians measure the space and plan where the indoor head, outdoor unit and line set will go. We check your electrical panel and choose a quiet, discreet route for the lines and the condensate drain.
Single or Multi-Zone
One indoor unit can cool a garage gym or casita, while a multi-zone system cools several rooms from one outdoor unit. Each zone has its own remote or app control, so you only cool the rooms you use.
Clean, Careful Installation
Most installs take one day. We drill a single small hole for the lines, mount everything level and secure, and protect your floors and furniture throughout. Cleanup is part of the job.
Start-Up and Performance Test
Once the system is running, we check refrigerant charge, airflow and temperatures in each zone. We make sure the cooling is strong, the airflow smooth and the units quiet.
Handover and Warranty
Before we leave, we show you how to use each remote, clean the filters and set schedules. We register the manufacturer’s warranty and add our own workmanship guarantee for peace of mind.
