Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Drummard Consulting Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), 12 Dalvenie Row, Stockbridge, Edinburgh EH3 5LJ, is an independent consultancy helping growing businesses with strategy, operations, growth and financial planning. This notice explains what we collect and what we do with it. Questions go to hello@drummard.co.uk.
2. What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we receive your name and email address and, if you add them, your phone number, a subject and your message. Once we work together we also keep the contact details of your team and the notes and papers from the project.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short technical logs (pages viewed, browser type and an anonymised IP address) to keep the site secure.
3. How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, set up an introductory call, prepare a proposal and, once we work together, run the project and invoice for it. Our lawful bases are your consent, our contract with you and our legitimate interests. We never sell your details.
4. Confidential business information
Anything you tell us about your business is treated as confidential. Only the consultants on your project can see it, and we never use it for another client.
5. Who we share it with
Only the suppliers we need to run the firm: email and calendar, document storage, video calls and accounting, each under data processing terms and only to provide that service. We also share details when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept for six years after the work ends, as HMRC rules require, and then deleted.
7. Cookies
This site uses only the essential cookies it needs to run. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@drummard.co.uk; you can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
