How long does a typical project take?

Most projects run for four to twelve weeks, depending on the scope and how complex it is.

Do you help with implementation too?

Yes. Some clients want a clear plan to run with; others want us alongside them for a few months while it is delivered.

How much does consulting cost?

Most projects are agreed at a fixed fee, typically £8,000 to £30,000 plus VAT. After a first conversation we recommend the right scope.
