Who we are
Aireby Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy based at 18 Mintgate, Leeds LS1 6HD, with a second office at 9 Harrowden Square, Clerkenwell, London EC1R 4QS. We are the controller of the personal data in this notice. Questions: hello@aireby.co.uk.
What we collect
The details you give us through our forms: your name and contact details, the sector and kind of role you want, a link to your CV or profile, and anything else you decide to share. If you apply for a job, we also record the role and notes from our conversations.
Why we use it
- To answer you and set up a call.
- To put you forward for jobs you have agreed to. Your details never go to an employer unless you have said yes.
- To keep the records UK law requires of an employment agency and an employment business.
How long we keep it
Candidate details for two years after we last spoke, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Employer enquiries for as long as we work together, and invoices and records for six years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@aireby.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
