AC Installation
Right-sized, high-efficiency systems installed cleanly, with permits handled for you.

Sized to Your Home
Before we quote, we measure your home and run a load calculation, so the new system matches your square footage, windows, insulation and west-facing walls. An oversized unit short-cycles and an undersized one runs all day in July. We install to the manufacturer’s standards so the equipment runs quietly and the warranty stays valid.
Smart Equipment Placement
We place the outdoor unit where it gets airflow and some afternoon shade, away from bedroom windows, and set it on a level pad. Indoor coils and air handlers go where they can be reached for service. Good placement means even cooling in every room, less noise and a system that is easy to maintain for years.
Sealed, Safe Connections
Refrigerant lines are brazed with nitrogen, pressure tested and evacuated with a vacuum pump before the system is charged. Wiring, disconnects and condensate drains are installed to code and protected from heat and sun. Careful connections prevent leaks and electrical faults, and we handle the City of Mesa permit and the final inspection.

Start-Up and Testing
Once the system is running, we measure refrigerant charge, airflow, temperature split and amp draw, then compare them with the manufacturer’s figures. We test every thermostat mode, including fan speeds and heating, and check the airflow at each register. Adjustments are made until every room cools evenly and the system runs at full efficiency.
Lower Energy Bills
A correctly sized and installed high-efficiency system uses far less electricity than the 15-year-old unit it replaces, which matters when it runs nine months a year. We set up the energy-saving features, program your thermostat and explain how to get the most from them. You get reliable cooling without a shocking power bill every summer.
A Proper Handover
Before we leave, we show you how to use the thermostat, where the filter goes and how often to change it, and what to do if the system ever stops. We register your manufacturer warranty and recommend a tune-up schedule that suits Arizona’s long cooling season. You should feel confident running your new system from day one.
