We promise a draw site near you and results in 48 hours. That promise stands or falls on operations, and this role owns it.<\/p><\/div>

Day to day<\/h2>

You\u2019ll watch the numbers that matter \u2014 turnaround, redraw rate, slot availability across Back Bay, Kendall and Coolidge Corner \u2014 and step in before members notice. When something does go wrong, you fix it the same day.<\/p><\/div>

It\u2019s a hands-on job with real say over how the labs and network run.<\/p><\/div>

What you would do<\/h3>

Manage relationships with partner labs and draw sites<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/svg><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Track turnaround and quality metrics weekly<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/svg><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Onboard new sites and run their training<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/svg><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Own the escalation path when a sample goes wrong<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

What we are looking for<\/h3>

Experience in clinical lab or healthcare operations<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/svg><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Comfortable with CLIA requirements and audits<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/svg><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Calm under pressure and good on the phone<\/p><\/div><\/div>

<\/svg><\/span><\/span><\/div>

Happy to travel around New England<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
