Last updated October 5, 2026.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section id=\"text\" class=\"uncoder-container uncoder-o1e7nsu uncoder-container--boxed\"><div class=\"uncoder-container__inner\"><div class=\"uncoder-text-editor uncoder-cx3b6hd uncoder-text sb-prose\"><h2>Booking and confirming<\/h2><p>A booking is confirmed once we text or email you the date, the arrival window and your team\u2019s names. Prices on our website are flat prices for the home size and type of clean you pick. If the home turns out to be much larger, or in much rougher shape, than the booking says, the team lead calls you before starting and you may reschedule at no charge.<\/p><h2>Canceling and rescheduling<\/h2><p>You can cancel or move a visit free of charge with 48 hours\u2019 notice. Inside 48 hours there is a $50 fee. If the team cannot get in and we cannot reach you within 15 minutes, there is a $75 lockout fee.<\/p><h2>Re-clean guarantee<\/h2><p>If something on the visit checklist was missed, text us a photo within 48 hours of the clean. The same team returns to redo it at no charge, usually within three business days. For move-out cleans, the guarantee covers landlord walk-throughs held within seven days of our clean.<\/p><h2>Breakage and damage<\/h2><p>If we break or damage something, the team tells you the same day. We repair or replace it at fair value, through our insurer for larger claims. We are not responsible for items already damaged, items not securely mounted, or wear that a normal clean uncovers, such as etched glass or stained grout.<\/p><h2>Keys and access<\/h2><p>Keys we hold carry a number tag, never your name or address, and are kept in a locked cabinet. Door and garage codes are stored in our scheduling system and deleted when you end service.<\/p><h2>Safety<\/h2><p>Teams may leave without cleaning if the home is unsafe: for example no heat in a Minnesota winter, an aggressive animal loose, or someone in the home acting in a threatening way. We will call you first, and normal cancellation fees apply.<\/p><h2>Photos<\/h2><p>Teams photograph the white cloth after the sill check and, for move-out and rental cleans, each room once it is finished. We never photograph personal belongings, documents or people.<\/p><h2>Payment<\/h2><p>We charge the card on file after each clean, and recurring visits one at a time.
