Project Overview

Fresh Plumbing Behind a Brand-New Bathroom.

A full bathroom remodel in a Bexley colonial needed plumbing to match the new layout. Stannick laid out the supply and drain lines, installed the new fixtures, and left it ready for the tile crew.

After the plumbing upgrade

A New Layout Called for a New Plumbing Plan.

The old piping didn’t suit the new fixture positions, so the whole rough-in was reworked before any tile went up.

The Challenge

  • Fixtures moved to new positions
  • Old drain lines set at the wrong slope
  • Limited access behind the stud wall
  • Tight schedule around the other trades

“Everything was roughed in exactly where we needed it. The tile setter walked in the next morning and got right to work.”

Rough-In and Finish Plumbing, Done Properly.

We reran the supply and drain piping to suit the new layout, then came back after tiling to set and test every fixture.

The Solution

  • Reran hot and cold supply lines
  • Set the right slope on every drain line
  • Installed vanity, toilet and shower valve
  • Tested every fixture and checked for leaks

The Result

The bathroom was handed over on schedule with clean piping, proper drain slopes, and no callbacks after we finished.

FAQ

Your questions, answered

Everything you’ll want to know before you book a Stannick plumber.

How long does a project like this take?

Most home projects of this size run between two and five working days. You get a day-by-day plan before we start, and if anything changes you hear it from us rather than finding out the hard way.

Will we be without water during the job?

Rarely for long. We stage the work so at least one bathroom and the kitchen stay usable, and any full shutoff is agreed with you in advance.

Do you patch the walls and floors after?

Yes. Patching is priced into the quote from the start, covering drywall, plaster, tile and any concrete or driveway we had to open.

Can I check on progress while you work?

Of course. Your plumber walks you through what was done at the end of each day, and we photograph anything before it gets closed back up.

Is the finished work under warranty?

Every project comes with a one-year warranty on parts and labor, plus the manufacturer’s own warranty on anything we install.

How do I get a quote for my project?

Send a few photos and a short description through the contact form. We’ll come back with a price range, then set up a site visit to firm it up.
