Project Overview

A Complete Repipe for a Fix That Lasts.

The original galvanized pipe was failing in more than one spot. Rather than patch it again, the homeowners asked Stannick to replace the system throughout the house.

Patch Repairs Weren’t Enough Anymore.

Leaks kept showing up in different rooms and water pressure had dropped noticeably across the house.

The Challenge

  • Leaks showing up in several rooms
  • Weak pressure on the second floor
  • Corroded original galvanized pipe
  • Patch repairs no longer lasting

“They worked one room at a time so we always had water somewhere. Five days later the whole house was on new PEX.”

New Pipe Throughout, Room by Room.

We staged the work so the family always had running water, replacing each line with modern PEX and new shutoff valves.

The Solution

  • Replaced all hot and cold lines
  • Added shutoff valves at every fixture
  • Balanced pressure across both floors
  • Pressure tested the full system

The Result

The house now runs on one consistent piping system with steady pressure upstairs and down, and not a single leak left.

FAQ

Your questions, answered

Everything you’ll want to know before you book a Stannick plumber.

How long does a project like this take?

Most home projects of this size run between two and five working days. You get a day-by-day plan before we start, and if anything changes you hear it from us rather than finding out the hard way.

Will we be without water during the job?

Rarely for long. We stage the work so at least one bathroom and the kitchen stay usable, and any full shutoff is agreed with you in advance.

Do you patch the walls and floors after?

Yes. Patching is priced into the quote from the start, covering drywall, plaster, tile and any concrete or driveway we had to open.

Can I check on progress while you work?

Of course. Your plumber walks you through what was done at the end of each day, and we photograph anything before it gets closed back up.

Is the finished work under warranty?

Every project comes with a one-year warranty on parts and labor, plus the manufacturer’s own warranty on anything we install.

How do I get a quote for my project?

Send a few photos and a short description through the contact form. We’ll come back with a price range, then set up a site visit to firm it up.
