Question 1

Do you offer emergency plumbing services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our emergency plumbers are on call 24/7, every day of the year, ready for whatever goes wrong. Whether it’s a pipe that bursts in the middle of a January night or a leak that won’t quit on a Sunday afternoon, call our main line and a real person will answer and send someone out fast.

Question 2

How soon can a plumber get to me?

Accepted Answer

For emergencies we aim to have a plumber at your door within 60 to 90 minutes. Standard visits are usually booked for the same day or the next business day, depending on the arrival window you choose.

Question 3

Do you give prices before you start?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We look at the job first and give you a flat price before any work starts, so the invoice never holds a surprise.

Question 4

Do you work with residential and commercial properties?

Accepted Answer

We do. Our plumbers handle everything from a single bathroom repair in a family home to drain and pipe upgrades in offices, restaurants and storefronts.

Question 5

Can I book an appointment online?

Accepted Answer

You can. Send the request form on this page with the day and arrival window you prefer, and we’ll confirm your appointment by phone or email.

Question 6

Which parts of Columbus do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We cover Columbus and the suburbs within about thirty miles of Clintonville. Just outside that ring? Call anyway — we can often fit you in around a nearby job.
