Ollander Plumbing may collect and use Users’ personal information for these purposes:

• To complete bookings and payments: We use the information Users provide when booking a job only to deliver that service and send the invoice. We do not share it with outside parties except where needed to provide the service.
• To send emails and SMS updates: The contact details provided may be used to confirm bookings, send arrival times, quotes and invoices, and reply to enquiries, questions and other requests. Users can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

How we protect your information

We use appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, booking history, transaction information and any data stored on our Site.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade or rent Users’ personal information to others. We may share general aggregated statistics, not linked to any personal information, about visitors and users with trusted suppliers and service partners for the purposes above. Personal details go to subcontractors only when they help complete your job.
