Your data, handled with care.

How Lullwood collects, uses and protects information about you and your pets.

1. Information we collect

When you book an appointment, ring us or register as a client, we collect your name, phone number, email address and home address, plus your pet’s name, species, breed, age and medical history.

Contact details you give us
Pet health records and treatment notes
Payment details, processed by our payment provider
Basic website analytics, such as pages visited

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide veterinary care, send appointment and booster reminders, take payments and answer your questions. We never sell your data.

We only share information when it is needed for your pet’s care or required by law — for example with referral practices, diagnostic laboratories, pet insurers you ask us to contact, or government animal health agencies.

4. How long we keep it

Clinical records are kept for at least six years after your pet’s last visit, in line with standard practice for UK vets. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your records, ask us to correct them, or ask us to stop sending reminders.
