Terms of Service<\/h1><\/div><\/section>

1. About these terms<\/h2>

These terms apply when you use this website or engage Drummard Consulting Ltd. The engagement letter we agree for each project sets out its scope, fees and timing, and takes priority over these terms if they differ.<\/p>

2. Our services<\/h2>

We give advice and practical support on strategy, operations, growth and financial planning. Decisions about your business stay with you: our recommendations rely on the information you give us and on our professional judgement at the time.<\/p>

3. Proposals and fees<\/h2>

After a first conversation we send a written proposal setting out the scope, the fee (plus VAT) and the expected timeline. Work starts once the proposal is accepted in writing. Unless agreed otherwise, we invoice monthly and payment is due within 14 days.<\/p>

4. Changes to the scope<\/h2>

If the work needs to change once a project has started, we explain why and agree the change, and any effect on the fee and timeline, with you in writing before going ahead.<\/p>

5. Confidentiality<\/h2>

We keep everything you share with us confidential, during the project and after it ends, unless the law requires otherwise or you agree in writing.<\/p>

6. Work we produce<\/h2>

The reports, plans and materials we prepare for you are yours to use within your business once the related fees are paid. We keep our own methods and general know-how for use in other work.<\/p>

7. Ending an engagement<\/h2>

Either of us can end an engagement with 14 days\u2019 written notice. You pay for the work done up to the end of the notice period.<\/p>

8. Liability<\/h2>

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions based on information we were not given.<\/p>

9. This website<\/h2>

This website gives general information, not advice for your situation. Case studies describe past projects and do not promise the same results. These terms are governed by Scots law.<\/p>
